Stratotank sells digital trading products that are delivered immediately and tied to the email address used at checkout. Once a purchase is completed, the product is yours to download, install, and use right away.

1. All sales are final

We do not offer refunds. This applies to both:

  • Lifetime purchases (one-off).
  • Monthly subscriptions, including charges already taken for the current or any prior billing period.

Before you buy, please review the product page, read the documentation, and confirm the product fits your platform and broker. If you are unsure, contact us at [email protected] and we will answer your questions before you check out.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through the entitlements portal in your account. After cancellation:

  • No future charges will be made.
  • Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • The current period is not refunded or prorated.

3. Payment and buyer protection

Purchases in US dollars are processed through PayPal; purchases in South African rand are processed through Paystack. You are shown the currency and the amount before you pay, and you can switch currency from the pricing page.

Independent of these terms, PayPal offers Buyer Protection for eligible transactions. If you believe a charge was made in error, the product was misrepresented, or the product is not as described, you may file a claim through PayPal, or — for a card payment through Paystack — raise a chargeback with your bank. We review and respond to those claims on a case-by-case basis. Our own 30-day money-back guarantee applies either way, in whichever currency you paid.

4. Faulty products and serious issues

If a product is defective, fails to install on a supported platform, or materially differs from what is described on the product page, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to fix it, replace it, or, at our discretion, reverse the charge. This sits outside the “all sales final” rule above and only covers genuine product faults, not buyer’s remorse or trading performance.

We do not refund based on trading performance. Stratotank products are tools. Profits and losses from your live trading are your own. See our Risk Disclosure for the full picture on trading risk and simulated results.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms overrides consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country. EU and UK consumers, for example, have statutory cooling-off rights for distance contracts; those rights apply where the law requires, even where these terms say otherwise. South African consumers are protected by the Consumer Protection Act. If a statutory right applies to your purchase, contact us and we will honour it.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most problems can be resolved more quickly through [email protected]. Filing a chargeback for a purchase that does not meet the criteria above may result in your account and entitlements being revoked.
